The Season Chefs Dinner was orchestrated by Chef Jay Gundy, currently of Red Dunn Kitchen, part of the Trumbull Porter Hotel in Detroit, Michigan. The concept was to bring together seven chefs to develop a seven course meal, with each chef providing a single course.
