Trans•Parent Magazine - Mock Editorial

Beth is the mother of two trans- gender children. We met her and her family after moving to Barcelona. Having moved from the UK, they were looking for a safe place to raise their kids.

Beth is expressive, funny and always full of color. She and her husband have created a home here in Spain for the four of them that is equally creative.

I wanted to capture Beth in her home, as herself, as if she was being featured in a publication about the lives of parents of transgender children.

I chose to keep the retouching of Beth minimal for this project. I did color correction and retouched non-permanent blemishes.
